Lucia Carbó

Third and fourth grade ELA bilingual teacher. I began my teaching career in 2006. I have experience teaching from PreK-5th grade in multiple subjects. I also have experience teaching international students from all types of cultural backgrounds. I believe that as teachers, we have a great responsibility: the opportunity to make a positive impact in a student's life. We are not only in charge of teaching them how to read and write, we also have the chance to show them the importance of being critical thinkers and of being highly effective people.

" When given the choice between being right or being kind, choose kind." Dr. Wayne W. Dyer.
